爆料视频显示，在办事大厅3楼28号窗口处，一名年轻女性工作人员在工位上，正拿着手机专心玩游戏。视频时长约10秒钟，工作人员并未发现有人在拍摄视频。

该视频发布后，引发网民围观。有网民评论说，“窗口就是政府单位的形象，应该严肃处理。”

13日上午，大皖新闻记者私信爆料者，暂未获回复。

随后，大皖新闻记者致电沧县人社局，工作人员表示网民反映情况属实，当天下午已关注到此事，也对涉事工作人员进行了处理。“上班时间打游戏肯定是不符合规定，已经开了作风整治大会，涉事工作人员也被全县通报，调离原工作岗位。”
