For example, TikTok rolled out in 2019 a match-making platform for brands and creators, and in 2021 a tool to streamline influencer marketing. 罗斌表示，主要原因是检查手段的进步，因为用B 超检查甲状腺很容易，B超对甲状腺结节的检出率可以达到百分之四到五十。实际上，根据研究人员的尸检结果，大约百分之十到二十的人有甲状腺结节——和目前的患病率大约在同一个量级。所以，检查手段的应用是发现结节患者增多的一个主要原因。

还有一些其他原因，比如环境因素。现在医院里面，像X射线这种检查用得越来越多，大约是几十年前的二十倍，那暴露量也就是从前二十倍。另外，肥胖、不良的生活习惯等，都对甲状腺结节的发生有影响。

罗斌表示，目前他还不认为有哪种药能够消肿散结。有结节不要紧，大概百分之九十的结节是不需要特别处理的；大概只有百分之十的概率是癌，如果确诊采取正确的手段治疗即可。
